Quench your thirst this summer with our Pretty Water Recipe! The following recipe can aid in digestion, and help keep the digestive tract moving! 

3 cups water (Distilled is prefered) 

2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil

2 drops of Lime Essential Oil 

2 Drops of Citrus Bliss Essential Oil (can be replaced with Grapefruit or Tangerine essential oil. 

Lemon essential oil assists in cleansing your gut, and balancing your PH levels.  

Lime essential oil aids any digestive issues regarding bowel movement & can act as a diuretic, assisting your body to breakdown any harsh foods.
